Hyderabad (Southern States) - Reporting to the Sales Manager in Goa.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Sales & Partnerships
: Identify, onboard, and manage key business partners in your region.
Lead Generation & Deal Closure
: Identify potential clients, generate leads, and close sales.
Client Relationship Management
: Maintain long-term relationships with partners, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Sales Targets & Strategy
: Achieve daily and monthly sales goals through effective strategic planning.
Market Expansion
: Promote GoaMiles services to tourism businesses, travel agencies, and corporate clients.
Field Sales
: Travel extensively (approx. 25 days per month) for business development activities.
What We Are Looking For:
1.
Experience
: Minimum 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in the tourism, travel, or transportation industry.
2.
Education
: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
3.
Communication Skills
: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
4.
Proficiency
in Hindi, English, and local language is a plus.
5.
Tech-Savvy
: Comfortable explaining and promoting app-based solutions to clients.
6.
Highly Self-Motivated
: A results-driven mindset with the ability to exceed targets.
