Role: Business Development Executive
Exp: 1+Years
Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

:

Sales & Revenue Generation

: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Demonstrate product features and benefits to clients through presentations and demos.

Client Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products/services.

Service & Support

: Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Act as the first point of contact for service-related issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution. Ensure smooth onboarding and training for clients after the sale.

Reporting & Documentation

: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and service issues. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and service feedback.

Market Intelligence

: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance offerings.
