Job Summary:



We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking. Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and meetings. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Understand client needs and provide suitable business solutions. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales and revenue targets. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain and update sales pipeline and prepare periodic business reports. Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, and conferences.

Key Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in business development/sales communication skills can also . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in approach. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is an advantage. Willingness to travel as per business needs.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
