Business Development Executive



Responsibilities



o Passionately pursue new business and potential customers

o Achieve set sales and marketing goals, through institutional promotion, customer support and management, and other planned promotions to relevant channels and customers

o Plan for the new business opportunities and product promotion through creating detailed campaign plans

o Create and execute comprehensive Campaigns targeted at the appropriate stakeholders for improving product visibility

o Reach out to the shareholders within Educational Institutions, NGOs, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Teams, Government Bodies and generate interest in the product/offerings

Visit schools and educational institutions on a daily basis.

o Follow devised plans and strategies to drive demand for new business

o Develop a deep understanding of each third-party account to identify all areas that could positively influence sales

o Generate quality leads

o Enhance the visibility of the products across India

o Improve Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn/Twitter reach, Optimize Search results for the Website and such

Requirements

:

Strong Communication Skills in English, Hindi and Telugu

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.

Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment

Strong problem-solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.

High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

BBA/MBA

1-2 years of experience, preferably in education sector.

Willingness to travel within India on a need basis

Salary: Salary is based on experience. Right candidate will be suitably compensated, along with incentives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
