Job Summary

Abhasa Rehab & Wellness is seeking a proactive and people-centric

Executive - Client Relations

to be the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking support. This role plays a critical part in handling enquiries, guiding prospective clients through the admission journey, coordinating with clinical teams, and supporting management with timely reporting.

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, empathy, professionalism, and the ability to balance client engagement with operational coordination in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

M.S.W. (Medical & Psychiatry) MBA (Marketing) Other relevant graduate or postgraduate qualifications
Language Requirements

English (mandatory) Hindi (mandatory) Any additional regional language is an advantage
Key Responsibilities

Client Enquiry & Engagement

Attend and manage enquiry calls with professionalism, empathy, and clarity. Handle walk-in enquiries and provide accurate information about programs and services. Build trust with prospective clients and families through clear and compassionate communication.

Admissions Support

Assist in coordinating admissions in collaboration with the clinical and operations teams. Ensure proper documentation and smooth handover during the admission process. Follow up with enquiries to support decision-making and timely admissions.

Clinical Team Coordination

Act as a coordination link between client relations and clinical teams. Support the clinical team with scheduling, updates, and information flow as required.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare and share reports as requested by management. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and outcomes. Ensure confidentiality and data accuracy at all times.
