We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer engagement, and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and online platforms. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business
Present and promote company products and services to prospective customers
Follow up on leads, negotiate, and close sales deals
Maintain accurate client records, follow-ups, and pipeline updates using CRM tools
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, support) for smooth project execution
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Prepare basic sales reports and performance updates
Qualifications & Skills
Any Graduate / MBA (Marketing, Sales, or Business preferred)
0-1 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong ability in client acquisition and relationship management
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-focused mindset
Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, and MS Office
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
