Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure client satisfaction Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM system Provide feedback to management on market conditions and growth opportunities

Job SpecificationEducation & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree with good communication skill

Experience



6 month to 1 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role Experience in B2B (as applicable to the industry)

Skills & Competencies



Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong time management and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
