Responsibilities:

Generate new student enrollments through calls, visits, and leads Conduct school/college/apartment tie-ups Convert trial classes into paid admissions Manage turf/ground bookings and weekend events Plan and execute holiday camps & tournaments Handle parent communication, feedback & renewals Coordinate with coaches for batches and schedules Maintain CRM/lead sheet and weekly reports Manage social media and marketing promotions Work towards monthly revenue and growth targets
Requirements:

Graduate in Business / Sports Management preferred Freshers with strong communication welcome Sales experience in gyms, academies, coaching centers is a big plus Fluent in English + Tamil Persuasive, confident, target-oriented Passion for sports is a must

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
