Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities



Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and CRM tools. Engage with decision-makers to understand requirements and qualify opportunities. Generate high-quality leads and maintain the sales pipeline. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of prospects. Maintain accurate records in CRM and track follow-ups. Support sales strategy by providing market insights and competitor analysis. Participate in client meetings, demos, and presentations as required.

Work Experience



1-4 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Client Relations.

Experience in IT/Software Services, SaaS, Digital Marketing, or BPO industries is an added advantage.

Required Skills



Prospecting: Cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns. CRM Tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills. Relationship Management: Engaging with clients and understanding business needs. Analytical: Market research and opportunity qualification.

Pay: ?10,255.19 - ?35,999.98 per month
