Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for expanding market reach, developing new distribution channels, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth for our beverage portfolio. This role requires strong market knowledge, relationship-building skills, and a passion for FMCG sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across general trade, modern trade, and institutional channels
Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market visits to monitor product placement, visibility, and competitor activity
Build strong relationships with channel partners and key customers
Execute sales promotions, product launches, and trade marketing activities
Collect market feedback and share insights with internal teams
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1-4 years of experience in FMCG sales (beverages preferred)
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven
Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting tools.
