Business Development Executive - B2B Solar Product Sales (BoS)



Employment Type:

Full-time | Field Sales

Role Objective



Drive

B2B sales of solar BoS products

by developing channel partners, expanding market presence, and achieving assigned revenue targets across the allocated territory.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare

sales forecasts and execution plans

to achieve revenue and market share targets.

Identify and develop

B2B customers, dealers, distributors, and EPC partners

for solar BoS products.

Generate leads, qualify enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and

close sales independently

.

Build and manage a strong

dealer & distributor network

for complete BoS product range.

Strengthen relationships with

existing customers

and increase wallet share.

Conduct regular

market mapping

to identify current and future business opportunities.

Ensure

timely follow-ups

for quotations, orders, payments, and customer coordination.

Handle customer escalations and provide

pre-sales technical & commercial support

.

Participate in

industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings

to expand reach.

Achieve all assigned

monthly and annual sales targets

and reporting requirements.

Skills & Competencies



3+ years of experience in

B2B solar product / BoS sales

.

Strong understanding of

solar PV components, pricing, and commercial models

.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Result-oriented, ethical, and capable of working independently in the field.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Language skills:

English mandatory

; Hindi preferred, regional language of that particular state.

Desired Candidate Profile



B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Proven experience in

solar BoS / solar product sales (not EPC execution)

.

Strong

regional market knowledge

and existing B2B network preferred.

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
