Looking for Business Development Executive ( Chennai,Madurai& Coimbatore)



Build strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and stylists. Conduct product demos, trials, and commercial negotiations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and onboarding targets. Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the beauty industry. Coordinate with technical educators, marketing, and supply chain teams. Identify, prospect, and onboard new salons, chains, and academies.

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong field sales and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of salon operations, beauty services, or professional products (preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Target-driven and self-motivated. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
