Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven

Business Development Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth and profitability of the company. This role requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through research, networking, and industry knowledge. Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media to generate leads.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Sales & Negotiation:

Present and promote company products or services to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.

Market Research & Strategy:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for business growth.

Reporting & Analysis:

Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development initiatives.

Collaboration & Coordination:

Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery. Participate in business meetings, events, and networking activities to enhance the company's presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
