We are looking for a dynamic

Business Development Executive (BDE)

with

2 years of experience in IT sales

. The ideal candidate should be skilled in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation, with strong communication abilities in

multiple languages

.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate new business opportunities in

IT products and services

. Handle

lead generation, prospecting, and cold calling

. Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with technical and delivery teams. Maintain CRM records and sales reports. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications



2 years of experience in IT sales / business development

. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Fluency in

Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu

. Ability to handle domestic and regional clients. Target-driven and self-motivated attitude. Familiarity with CRM tools.

Preferred Skills



Experience in

software services, SaaS, or product sales

Knowledge of

B2B sales cycle

Experience in client demos and closures

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
