Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate new business leads through calls, networking, emails, and online platforms. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions. Present company products/services to prospective clients. Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives. Prepare and maintain sales reports and client databases. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaigns. Participate in meetings, conferences, and industry events to promote the company.

Skills & Competencies



Strong communication & negotiation skills. Sales and target-driven mindset. Good presentation and interpersonal abilities. Market research and business analysis skills. Self-motivated and result-oriented. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Qualifications



Minimum: Graduate (any discipline). Preferred: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management. 0-3 years of experience (freshers can also apply in many companies).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,233.95 - ₹40,090.66 per month
