We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Career Counselling & Study Abroad Education Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students in selecting suitable overseas education opportunities and executing field marketing strategies to promote our services across educational institutions and public platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Career Counselling:
Counsel students on educational opportunities abroad including courses, universities, admission requirements, and career prospects.
Assist students throughout the application process including documentation, visa processing, and test preparation guidance.
Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions at schools, colleges, and offices.
Field Sales & Marketing:
Visit schools, colleges, coaching centres, and education fairs to generate leads and build partnerships.
Distribute promotional materials and give presentations to promote study abroad programs.
Organize and participate in education seminars, career fairs, and info sessions.
Maintain strong relationships with institutional contacts and local partners.
Achieve monthly student enrolment and sales targets.
Administrative & Coordination Tasks:
Maintain detailed reports of visits, student queries, and conversion status.
Coordinate with internal teams for student onboarding, documentation, and follow-ups.
Stay updated on changes in study visa regulations, university requirements, and global education trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Any Degree)
1year of experience in education counselling or sales (study abroad domain preferred). Freshers who are ready to learn can also apply
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
Strong organizational and field execution abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Basic knowledge of international education systems (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
Compensation:
Base Salary + Incentives/Commissions based on performance.
