Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Business Development Executive
based in
Coimbatore
. The chosen candidate will handle responsibilities such as identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting lead generation and market research, maintaining client relationships, and driving your sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure. The role also involves presenting business proposals to potential partners, negotiating contracts, and achieving consistent sales results.Collaboration with internal teams to align business strategies is a key aspect of the job.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through cold calling, outbound sales, inbound inquiries, and referrals
Handle B2B sales conversations for IT software solutions and digital products
Follow up with leads regularly to move them through the sales pipeline
Manage business development activities and client communication
Understand customer requirements and present suitable IT solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to support deal closure
Maintain lead status, and follow-up records
Requirements
2 to 3 years of experience in IT software or product sales
Proven ability to generate and convert leads
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or enterprise sales
Experience with sales follow-ups and client relationship handling
Good communication skills in English
