About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive/Associate (BDE/BDA) to join our inside sales team. As a key member of our sales force, you will connect with prospective learners, understand their educational needs, and guide them toward suitable solutions. This is a remote role, perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to make a difference in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product information Convert leads into successful enrollments through consultative selling Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:

Fluency in Malayalam and English (both spoken and written) Prior experience in inside sales, tele calling, or EdTech sales is an advantage Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
