Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B/B2C sales
Familiarity with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn sales
Knowledge of the industry [IT / SaaS / Digital Marketing / etc.]
