Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for products and services
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and order execution
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferred)
Experience in product and/or service-based companies is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Willingness to travel extensively within
Coimbatore, Erode, and Tirupur
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
