Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Customer Support Specialist role located in Chennai. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, and providing technical support where required. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting customer issues, maintaining a high standard of service, analyzing customer feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to improve overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, including the ability to address customer concerns effectively.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills for building and maintaining relationships with customers and team members.
Experience in Technical Support, with proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
Proven Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Exceptional communication skills, patience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
Familiarity with drone technology and aviation-related industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
Hindi speaking is mandatory
Ability to multitask and handle customer queries efficiently
Basic knowledge of telecalling / customer support
