CANDIDATE PROFILE
Graduate in any discipline (MBA added advantage).
1-4 years of experience in healthcare BDE / sales / IVF / dermatology / medical cosmetology / diagnostics.
Strong communication and patient-handling skills.
High ownership, strong follow-up discipline, professionalism.
Comfortable working with premium clientele.
Ability to understand and communicate doctor recommendations.
Preferred
Experience in IVF, dermatology, hair transplant, aesthetics, or hospital BD.
Knowledge of CRM tools, lead conversion tracking.
Fluency in English + Tamil.
