What Youll Do:
New client acquisition across IT & Non-IT
End-to-end sales cycle ownership
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
Market research, lead generation & revenue growth
Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams
Strengthen relationships with existing clients and expand business opportunities.
Work closely with the delivery team to ensure smooth fulfillment of requirements.
Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming demand.
Expertise in drafting proposals and preparing presentations for the clients
Build CXO & HR-level relationships
Own the business development department.
What Were Looking For:
1+ years of BD experience in staffing/hiring
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue

KRA - New Client Acquisition:
Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across IT, Non-IT
Generate qualified leads and convert them to signed clients.
KPIs
New Client Sign-ups:
Min 10 per month
Qualified Leads Generated:
25-40 per month.
Conversion Ratio:
20-30% lead-to-client conversion.
Revenue from New Clients:
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
