Job Summary
Lotus Finserv is hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs) to meet SMEclients, understand their financial needs, and offer suitable financial products. The role includes fieldvisits, client engagement, follow-ups, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet SME clients based on appointments scheduled by the telecalling/inside sales team
Reach client locations on time as per the meeting plan
Understand the client's industry, business model, and financial requirements
Present company offerings clearly with strong value propositions
Share basic market insights and competitor information when needed
Create urgency in the sales process and offer suitable financial options
Generate leads through networking and basic cold calling
Maintain regular follow-ups for customer satisfaction and renewals
Handle challenging client situations confidently and positively
Performance Expectations
Attend 6-8 client meetings per day
Report updates to the manager three times a day
Close 30-40 contracts per month
Meet SMEs across multiple industries
