Business Development Executive - Madurai
Are you a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for education and a proven ability to drive results? Join our team in Madurai as a Business Development Executive and play a key role in expanding our reach and impact across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth & Sales: Drive end-to-end sales by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective students, parents, and educational institutions for our comprehensive course offerings.
Relationship Management & Outreach: Establish and nurture high-value strategic partnerships with local schools, colleges, and coaching centers to maximize collaborative opportunities.
Market Intelligence: Conduct deep dives into the local Madurai market, analyzing competitor activity and emerging student needs to inform and refine our go-to-market strategies.
Expert Career Counseling: Serve as a trusted advisor, providing personalized, professional guidance on courses and seamlessly managing the student enrollment journey from inquiry to conversion.
Performance & Revenue Achievement: Meet and exceed ambitious monthly and quarterly revenue targets, directly fueling the company's expansion and financial success.
Brand Promotion & Events: Plan, execute, and participate in high-impact events like career fairs, workshops, and local promotions to significantly enhance brand visibility.
Data Management & Reporting: Utilize our CRM system to accurately track leads, manage follow-ups, and generate insightful sales and progress reports.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
Experience: 0-3 years of proven success in sales, business development, or admissions, ideally within the EdTech, education, or training sector.

Essential Skills: Exceptional proficiency in communication, presentation, and negotiation.

Language: Mandatory fluency in both Tamil and English.

Autonomy & Drive: Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a territory effectively, and consistently achieve aggressive revenue goals.

Bonus: Familiarity with digital marketing and social media promotion tactics is a significant advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
