About the Role



We are looking for a proactive and result-driven

Business Development Executive

to join our team. The candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting the overall sales growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and business opportunities. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking. Engage with clients through calls and meetings to understand their requirements. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information and follow-up details. Assist the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations. Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of sales and lead generation. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Quick learner with a positive attitude.

Qualifications



Any graduate or final-year student with relevant experience. 6 months - 1 year of experience in BD / Sales preferred
