About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven

Business Development Executive

who can identify potential clients, initiate contact through

LinkedIn and cold calling

, and onboard them for our

bulk SMS, bulk WhatsApp, and email marketing services

.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, researching prospects, and confidently engaging with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential clients on

LinkedIn and other professional platforms

. Conduct

cold calls

to introduce our communication and marketing solutions to businesses. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and track all outreach activities. Send personalized messages and follow-ups via LinkedIn to convert prospects into warm leads. Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and senior managers for onboarding. Maintain daily reports of outreach performance and lead status in CRM or Excel. Understand client requirements and explain how Textspeed's services can meet their needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in

telecalling, lead generation, or business development

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (spoken and written). Languages:

English, Tamil, and Hindi (mandatory)

. Comfortable using

LinkedIn for prospecting

and networking. Confident to handle

cold calls

and follow-ups professionally. Basic understanding of digital marketing or bulk messaging services is an advantage. Goal-oriented with good time management and reporting habits.
