Job Description

Lead Generation:

Researching and identifying new potential clients and markets for Skiez Digital services.

Outreach and Prospecting:

Performing cold calls, email campaigns, and networking to generate new sales leads.

Sales Meetings:

Scheduling and conducting initial meetings and presentations with prospective clients to understand their business needs.

Proposal Development:

Collaborating with the technical team to create tailored proposals and service contracts.

Sales Closure:

Negotiating terms, pricing, and closing sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Relationship Management:

Maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify future opportunities.

Reporting:

Tracking sales activities and performance metrics using CRM software and reporting findings to management.

Experience:

Minimum of

1-3 years

of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the

Digital Marketing, IT, or Agency

sector.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads) and how they benefit businesses.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

Proactivity:

Highly motivated, self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
