Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in the
construction
and
educational
sectors for corporate gifting opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with
builders, contractors, architects, corporate offices, schools, and colleges
.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand requirements and suggest suitable gifting options.
Coordinate with the design and procurement teams to provide customized product and branding solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Conduct market research to stay updated on trends in the corporate gifting industry.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and business networking events.
Ensure timely delivery and maintain excellent post-sales client relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience
in business development or corporate sales, preferably in
corporate gifting, promotional products, or B2B sales
.
Prior experience working with
construction companies, real estate developers, or educational institutions
is highly preferred.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
