We are seeking a motivated and confident Business Development Executive to join our Interior Design team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client follow-ups, maintaining regular communication, and supporting the sales teams in lead management and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Make follow-up calls to potential and existing clients regarding sales and design inquiries, quotations, and project updates.
Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
Coordinate with the sales teams for meetings, appointments, and client requirements.
Maintain an accurate database of client information and follow-up details.
Ensure all client interactions are handled professionally and courteously.
Meet daily and weekly calls and follow-up targets.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong telephone etiquette and client-handling ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Languages Known:
English, Tamil, and Hindi (Mandatory); Telugu will be an added advantage.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Previous experience in customer service will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
