Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Research and identify potential clients through field visits, social media, and digital channels. Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and direct interactions. Present company products/services to clients and explain their benefits. Follow up with prospects, negotiate deals, and close sales. Maintain customer records and report progress to the sales manager. Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree (any discipline). 0-2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales (freshers can apply). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities. Goal-oriented with a positive attitude. Proficiency in English and Tamil (other languages a plus).
