Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Work directly Development Manager in day-to-day project follow-ups.
Client Meetings:
Represent the company in client visits and presentations to understand client requirements.
Market Research:
Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and potential clients to support business strategy.
Lead Support:
Help generate, qualify, and maintain leads.
Documentation:
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and client use.
Team Coordination:
Work with internal departments (Marketing, Operations, Product) to ensure alignment of business development efforts.
Reporting:
Update activity logs, follow-up reports, and client interaction details regularly.
Qualifications:
Education:
MBA (Marketing / Finance / Healthcare Management or related specialization).
Experience:
0-2 years (Freshers are welcome).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good presentation and coordination skills.
Interest in healthcare, insurance, or fintech sectors.
