Your Role at Space Academy:



As a Business development executive, you will have to facilitate

implementation, drive sales, and deploy

our courses. You will have to

assist in talks

with different institutions ,

manage seminars and workshops

for seamless operations. You will be directly in contact with students ,helping them to enhance their career with our courses.

What you will do at Space Academy:



Space Academy Edu Tutor:

Understand the

unique goals and challenges

of the target audience.

Every lead should be given maximum interest to

convert

into the classroom.

Contact the leads and make them

sit for a demo class

.

After demo, contact them and

convert

to classroom.

Bounced clients need to be

contacted with proper offers and discounts.



Acquire the

targets

assigned by Sales Head.

Space Academy Edu Upskilling Program:

Understand the

Sales and Customer Relationship Management:



Develop a

structured sales process

, from quotation to invoicing , ensuring a seamless order management. Build and

maintain long term relationship

with the clients for a potential long run . Track and

analyze sales performance

, using insights to optimize outreach and conversion strategies
Establish a

follow-up system

for customer enquiries , maintenance and user experience
