Fresher - 1 year experience as Business development executive.
Ability to manage and execute lead generation campaigns.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus.
Roles and responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through online research, networking, and market analysis.
Contact prospective clients via email, calls, and networking events to introduce the company's services
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely progression of leads from prospecting to closing.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in business strategies.
Assist in achieving quarterly and yearly revenue targets by closing deals and onboarding new clients
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, updating management on lead status and revenue progress.
