Key Responsibilities



Identify and onboard new clients -- builders, architects, interior designers, and housing associations. Follow up with leads from exhibitions, Instagram, and walk-ins. Prepare and present landscaping & plant supply proposals Develop partnerships with local nurseries for plant procurement. Support marketing activities -- photoshoots, social media content coordination, and WhatsApp marketing. Report weekly performance and market insights.

Skills & Traits



Strong communication and presentation skills (English + Tamil preferred). Interest in plants, architecture, or design. Smart negotiator with customer empathy. Organized -- able to manage leads and follow-ups consistently. Basic understanding of landscaping / interior design.

Experience Range



1-3 years

in real estate, interior design, or nursery/landscaping sales. Freshers with strong enthusiasm and aesthetic sense can also be considered.

Salary / Incentive Plan



Fixed: ₹20,000-?30,000/month (based on experience) Incentive: 2% on sales value closed Mobile & travel allowance
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
