Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:



To build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals to generate patient referrals and prescriptions.
To create awareness among the community and healthcare fraternity about the hospital's services and facilities.
To assist in planning and organizing Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, health camps, and awareness sessions.
To identify and establish connections with new doctors, clinics, and organizations to expand the hospital's referral network.
To plan and schedule regular visits to doctors, clinics, and healthcare partners to strengthen relationships and ensure consistent engagement.

Competencies Required:



- Any Degree

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Confidence in client interaction and public speaking

- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Ability to work independently and in a team

Nice to Have:



- Fluency in English and local language

- Familiarity with CRM tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
