Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop
new business opportunities in hardware and software sectors.
Generate leads through market research, networking, and client referrals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams for product demos and technical discussions.
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in
business development or sales
in hardware/software solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of IT products, networking, and software services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2B sales in the IT industry.
Knowledge of networking and system integration.
Ability to present technical concepts in simple business language.
