Key Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. Pitch WARPE's HR, Staffing, and Training solutions to prospective clients across IT & Non-IT sectors. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal HR team for seamless delivery. Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth. Represent WARPE in client meetings, reviews, and industry networking events.

Contribute innovative ideas to enhance marketing and business strategies.

Skills & Requirements

Excellent communication and presentation skills (both Tamil & English). Self-driven, energetic, and passionate about business growth. Ability to handle multiple clients and maintain professional relationships. Basic knowledge of HR / Staffing industry is an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn networking.
