Business Development Executive

to drive growth, partnerships, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute strategies to increase client base and revenue. Build and maintain partnerships with corporate clients, influencers, and vendors. Plan and promote marketing and sales campaigns. Oversee customer relationship management and ensure repeat business. Identify new business opportunities and innovative ways to enhance brand value. Collaborate with the salon manager and marketing team on promotional activities.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management. 1-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in salon/spa or retail sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about beauty and wellness.
