We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our training programs to potential students and corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Engage with potential students and convert leads into admissions.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleges, and corporates.
Develop and implement business growth strategies.
Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to achieve targets.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Tamil and English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer relations (preferred).
Good presentation skills and basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
