We are seeking a
dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive
with a minimum of
1 year
of experience in
IT or software sales
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sales of
software solutions, ERP systems, websites, and branding services
.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and online platforms.
Promote and sell IT solutions such as
websites, ERP systems, mobile applications, and branding services
.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable technology or marketing solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients for repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with technical and design teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
Minimum
1 year of experience in IT/software sales, ERP sales, website or branding sales
.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of IT services, software solutions, and digital marketing concepts.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Prior experience in B2B or corporate sales.
Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CMS, ERP modules, etc.).
Experience in handling international clients will be an added advantage.
