Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the PEB and structural steel segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical details to clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the engineering and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in business development within the manufacturing or PEB/structural steel industry.
Strong understanding of steel fabrication, PEB systems, and related products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Candidates from Chennai only
will be considered.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
MBA in Marketing (added advantage).
