The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company's customer base. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to understand client needs and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and propose appropriate products or services.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and deliver customer solutions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Result-driven with a passion for achieving targets and building business relationships.
Willingness to travel as needed.
