Business Development Executive (BDE)

to join our team and strengthen our sales and operations by engaging with learners, generating leads, and ensuring smooth coordination of online classes.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact and follow up with leads generated through various sources (inquiries, campaigns, references, etc.). Confidently

call, engage, and close leads

to achieve enrollment targets. Proactively

generate your own leads

through professional platforms like LinkedIn, networking, and other online channels. Learn in-depth about training programs, certifications, and career pathways to guide prospective learners effectively. Maintain accurate

student records

(enrollments, documents, and communications). Ensure

all pre-class requirements

are completed (sharing links, materials, schedules, and confirmations). Coordinate with students via

email and online platforms

for updates, reminders, and class-related communication. Prepare and maintain

regular reports

on leads, enrollments, and student progress.

Achieve monthly sales targets

and contribute to overall business growth.

Maintain CRM records

and prepare regular sales reports.

Collaborate with the marketing team

to align sales with promotional activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, professionals, and corporate clients.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree. Strong communication and persuasive skills (English proficiency required). Ability to quickly understand and explain professional training programs. Prior experience in sales, training, or business development is an advantage, but motivated freshers are welcome. Good organizational and reporting skills to handle student records and communication. Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused mindset. Strong networking and research skills to explore new opportunities.

Willingness to work from our office in Sithalapakkam, Chennai.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
