: Rayala Towers, Anna Salai, Chennai

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



Field sales manager supervise the group of sales representatives who works remotely or out of the field. Their responsibilities include training sales person executing marketing plans and monitoring the sales team. Team Leadership Sales Target achievement Customer Relationship management Training and Development Performance monitoring and reporting Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities Answering potential customers questions and sending additional information per email. Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and terms of contracts with clients.
In essence, a field sales manager acts as a coach, straight and relationship builder, all rolled into one, to drive sales success in the field.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED:



Bachelor's degree related business, marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with technical and non - technical clients. Strong problem solving skills and customer approach. Ability to achieve targets. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Strong negotiation skills with the particular clients.
