Identify and pursue new business opportunities in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and related industries
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified leads
Meet clients, understand their operations, and position our AMRs, forklifts, and humanoid robots as solutions to their challenges
Run product demos, presentations, and site visits with prospects
Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals
Work with engineering to customize solutions and ensure smooth handover after sale
Track opportunities and forecasts in the CRM, sharing regular updates with leadership
Represent Doozy Robotics at events, expos, and networking forums
What we're looking for
5-10 years of proven success in B2B sales or business development -- ideally in robotics, industrial automation, capital equipment, or SaaS for manufacturing/logistics
A solid network or understanding of decision makers in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics
Strong consultative selling skills -- ability to link complex technology to business outcomes
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, industry directories)
Comfortable managing medium-to-long sales cycles and high-value deals
Self-motivated and organized, with a focus on achieving targets
