About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic

Business Development Executive

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and business growth. The candidate must be open to frequent travel and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned territories. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations. Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Generate leads through market research, networking, and field visits. Provide timely updates and reports to the management team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 0-1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (freshers welcome). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel frequently for work assignments. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
