Job description for Business Development Executive
Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Executive to drive business growth for our media production company. The role involves generating new leads, scheduling meetings, visiting client locations, pitching our media solutions, closing deals, and upselling services like video production, branding, and creative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential clients in sectors such as advertising, corporate, entertainment, and digital platforms.
Appointment Fixing: Schedule meetings and presentations to showcase our media production capabilities.
Client Visits: Meet clients at their offices or on-site to understand requirements and propose tailored creative solutions.
Sales Closing: Manage the entire sales process, from pitching to contract signing, ensuring targets are achieved.
Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Recommend additional services like social media content, photography, or design packages to enhance client value.
Reporting: Maintain CRM records, track sales pipeline, and prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (media/advertising/production industry preferred).
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel locally for client meetings and industry networking.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow with the company.
