The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving admissions, building partnerships, and promoting the academy's training programs. The role involves identifying opportunities, approaching potential clients, and ensuring enrollment growth through effective sales and relationship management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential students, corporate clients, colleges and channel partners.
Promote and explain training programs, courses, and workshops.
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, events, and digital platforms.
Achieve monthly/quarterly admission and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleges, and institutions.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotional activities.
Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and conversions.
Provide regular reports on business development activities to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in sales/business development (Education/Training industry preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work under targets and handle pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
