Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for our photography services.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic planning, networking, and proactive lead generation activities. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their photography needs, and effectively presenting our services. Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital content that effectively showcase our services. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand visibility and establish industry presence. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in line with company objectives. Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights to senior management.
Requirements:

Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles within the photography industry or a similar field. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools for lead management and reporting. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
